Governance boards of trustees: quality of higher education and the outputs of scientific research

Purpose This study investigates whether there are relationships between the characteristics of boards trustees universities in Arab region, higher education quality assurance and output scientific research. Design/methodology/approach The descriptive analytical approach was used this study. conducted on region that included classification British Institution for Region: QS Region University. Findings findings show is an effect combined ensuring education, other than also indicate when measuring individually trustee system not effective it only formal nominal purposes. Research limitations/implications Most do disclose data trustees, their roles, committees, rules procedure nature work. A large number operate under because regulations instructions allow country.
